2. What Data We Collect and Why

We only collect personal data that you actively provide to us. We do not use tracking cookies, behavioural advertising, or third-party analytics at this time.

When you complete the Book a Demo or Contact form, we collect: your name, business email address, company name, phone number (if provided), and the message you submit. We use this to respond to your enquiry and arrange a product demonstration. The lawful basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).

3. How We Store and Process Your Data

Form submissions are processed via Formspree, which transmits your submission to our email. The website is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical data as part of website delivery. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking tools.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

Enquiry data is retained for a maximum of 24 months. Customer data is retained for the duration of the relationship plus 6 years. You may request deletion at any time and we will action it within 30 days.

You have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any right, contact aaron@floshq.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.

Formspree and Vercel are US-based. Transfers outside the UK are made under standard contractual clauses or equivalent UK GDPR-recognised mechanisms.
