FLOS was founded by a team with backgrounds in business systems, software delivery, process design, compliance workflows, and operational control.
We've spent years working in environments where organisations manage complex obligations, customer records, field activity, contracts, evidence trails, and regulated outputs through structured systems. We've seen what happens when those systems work well, and what happens when they don't.
