ANP Pro Solutions Ltd (company number 17228756, registered at 91 St. Marks Road, Enfield, England, EN1 1BJ) is the data controller for personal data processed through floshq.com and the FLOS platform.

Lawful Basis for Processing

Website enquiries (Demo and Contact forms): legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).

Customer/tenant data within the FLOS platform: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) under the terms agreed with each customer.

Data Retention

Website enquiry data: retained for a maximum of 24 months.

Customer data: retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus 6 years, in line with standard UK record-keeping requirements for compliance and audit purposes.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact data@floshq.com. We will respond within 30 days.

You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.

Data Processors

We use the following processors to operate this website and the FLOS platform:

• Formspree (form processing)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Microsoft Azure (platform hosting and identity)

None of these processors are used for marketing or advertising purposes.
